How Our Immersion Cooling Technology Works

The Intelliflex immersion solution is the reduction of heat in hardware through submersion in a dielectric liquid that is electrically non-conductive and has a very high resistance to electrical breakdown, even at high voltages. Using a closed-loop system, the fluid is circulated taking hot fluid out of the tank and pumping back cool fluid from the cooling module. The onboard Smart PDU of each tank monitors the temperature as well as the power being utilized inside each tank then sends this data to the Power Hub, where data is uploaded to the cloud for status and monitoring.

Our Immersion Cooling Products

Intelliflex features modular, integrated systems in both air and liquid immersion cooling technologies. At the core of our line stands a unique Smart Power Distribution Unit (SPDU), designed specifically for high computing infrastructure. With a wide selection of options, the Intelliflex SPDU provides you with the flexibility you need to meet and exceed your power, control and network requirements.

Intelliflex™ Lite

The newest addition to the Intelliflex line of product, the Intelliflex™ Lite. This 1.0MW container-based system utilizes much of the proven infrastructure of our larger IMDC 3.0 and 6.0 modules, in a smaller, budget friendly system. Contact for pricing on our most budget-friendly model.
Indoor IMDC

Provides up to 6-MW capacity similar to the Outdoor IMDC but is designed for re-purposing existing warehouse or building infrastructure.
Outdoor IMDC

Provides up to 6MW of capacity capable of running 1,152 miners. This solution offers a fully integrated enclosed system including immersion tanks, associated process and cooling equipment in combination with the Smart PDU and a centralized, fully integrated power, network and control hub accommodating connection from utility.
